This is a beautiful flower vase from Jasperware, a signature series by Wedgwood, a leading British ceramic manufacturer.

This distinctive pale blue color is also known as "Wedgwood Blue" and is the iconic color of the series. The matte stoneware is adorned with delicate white relief (embossed) decorations. The scenes depicted are classical, featuring cherubs and goddesses based on ancient Greek and Roman art. The shapes are called "pedestal bases" with a base, and "Arcadian bases" with a wide opening.

This series was largely produced in the 1970s and 80s and remains very popular as a vintage item today.

There are no chips or cracks, but there is some slight dirt.
